According to the Abilene Police Department, emergency crews were dispatched shortly before 1 a.m. to the 6500 block of West Lake Road following reports of a serious traffic collision. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a Toyota RAV4 that had left the roadway and overturned. Michael Menjares was pronounced deceased at the scene.
